I used to do this with Muesli, but I would add orange juice and/or apple juice to the yogurt to make it a bit thinner and tastier. Also, when I did it sometimes I would just let it sit for an hour and that was good.

looks wonderful--I have a friend who makes it with jsut water for soaking and soaks the dried fruit and nuts in with it. 

seeing more recipe options makes me thing it really is time to try this.

I've read that you can also do this same technique with steel cut oats. I'm going to give that a try this summer. Smiley

Overnight oats! Always in my fridge Smiley I'll either use quick oats or regular oats soaked and mixed with whatever the night before or partially-cooked steel-cut oats soaked in extra liquid.

So easy, relatively inexpensive, as tasty as you make it.

Yum! I had found a website re: Overnight Oats during the winter, but forgot about it.

When I was working, I would layer fruit, yogurt and granola in a mug or jar to take on
the road with us. (we had a custom aquarium installation and maintenance company)

I love making it more like muesli with fruit and nuts and love the link
 to the Yummy  Life!

I usually have a Luna Bar in the morning, but love some variety!
