I have a yearlong plan of projects because of a new kitchen set we bought the kids for Christmas.  I ordered some wool felt online and started with some tri-coloured bowtie pasta yesterday...  With that, I feel a felt food swap is in order.  Would anyone else be interested if I organized?

Does anyone know of felt food swaps that have been created in the past?  I did a quick search but came up empty-handed.

Yes, yes , yes!  These have been done in the past.  Broken up into veggies, fruit, breakfast, dinner, sandwiches, dessert, etc and were done sweat shop style.  It was so fun to receive so many varieties of foods!  I would so be in this again!  I will come back with links.

Sounds fun. I like the sweat shop style idea too!

I've never taken part in a sweat shop style swap.  I'll have to take a peek at what they're all about, as far as organizing goes.  I suppose we'd have to have simple foods to make then?

Oh wow, there are some really foods in those galleries.  Hmm...  I would have to order some felt if we went ahead with a sweat shop...  I take it we get to choose what we'd like to make?  Do you all have wish lists of foods you'd like to have added to your collection?

Would you guys be up for a non-sweat shop swap, let's say if we predetermine what the requirements are?  I'd really like to be involved with a swap but don't think I can afford to create and send for more than one partner.

I would be up for this too.  WIth one partner it would be just as fun.  We can have requirements be like 3 food items or something like that?  Anything works for me though.
