I might win the worst-partner-who-doesn't-read-the rules award and decided to throw Pinky for a loop and pick out of my own list of random books I really want to read.

 Embarrassed

Pinky - if you want to stump me with a new book feel free...hehehe

(I have a plan that could translate to a new book)

Do you like chocolate? flowers? (oh gawd I need to suck up to you)

Well...as long as you have a plan!

I finished my quilt for the MAQ swap, now I can focus all my attention here! I am pretty sure I know what I want to do for the crafted item, just need to clean up my craft space and pull everything out needed for this one. Still thinking about the bookmark though. I might make a couple and then pick which one I like best.

Tried a new pattern with a new technique, and am THRILLED with how it came out!  So excited to finish up my "crafteds" and get things mailed to my partner!

If I had a needle and thread, fine as I could sew, I'd sew my true love to my side, and down the creek

Dang! Sorry I've not kept up on posts here. Just realized I was pages behind. Anyhow... I just realized the other day that the ... clothing tag I'm using for a bookmark is actually perfect as it is. Just add some ribbons to the hole and it would be a GREAT bookmark for any woman. I'm tempted to go buy another shirt by the same label so I can make a bookmark for my partner LOL.

But don't worry... I'll make a *real* bookmark. Smiley

I'm almost done crafting! I still have some finishing touches left, but overall I think I'm in a decent spot! And I started reading the book I'm sending my partner and it had been awesome so far!
