Now, now, why not zombie romance? After all, doesn't every woman want a man who appreciates her for her brains? Grin
I'm sorry I had too much on my plate to join this swap, but I'm eager to see what you all come up with!

Ready Player One is on my "to read" list. Is it any good?

I read for setting and I loved the goofy world premise. Everything in the virtual world is obsessed with and mimics the 1980s. It was like a video game.  What made me enjoy it so much was the audio book narrator: Will Wheaton

Yay, partners!  Grin I just read my first message from my partner and I can already tell this is going to be a great swap.

I was wondering- this being a Book Lovers swap and us being all literary and stuffs, was anyone else carefully checking their spelling and grammar when they messaged their partners? I caught myself doing it. Didn't want to disappoint, I guess.  Wink

Also- since we're talking zombie fiction- Paul is Undead. Zombie Beatles. Two obsessive fandoms in one novel! Woohoo!

Oh, I bet that was awesome!

I LOVE Gail Carriger! I haven't read the others yet, I started the first Sookie Stackhouse novel but I couldn't get into it. I might try it again now, since I've become addicted to True Blood. I'm just not a big fan of detailed love scenes in novels

I really just skip over those. I've been reading that series for about ten years now and am kind of sad it will be ending with the next book.

So, how imtimidating is it to be crafting for the swap host???  Grin Especially when she's as awesome as leslie. I'm excited! I think I have decided roughly what to do for the bookmark, so I'll start on that tomorrow.
