Oh, that looks warm and comfy mandyandbingly -- nice job!

Sorry to have been abset lately Im afraid I wont be posting as much as I used to.  Since I dont have the internet at home, Ive always used the computer at work for everything, which my boss doesnt mind.  But weve moved our stuff onto another network, and his boss is now monitoring our traffic.  But, before the axe comes down.

I was perhaps a little too critical of my last felted hats, and I needed presents for friends, so I pulled off these two on #9 needles.

Ive nearly finished a simple baby cap in some unidentified Neopolitan ice cream colored sport weight, and Im halfway thru my Admiral Anja.

I finally gave up on the Spiral Bicolor hat.  I understand the problem with the first row, but my stumbling block is making it spiral.  Unless I'm really misreading this, the total number of stitches is evenly divisible by the number of stitches in the repeat (150, 10), and it won't spiral  And, I can't get the hang of re-introducing the main color with a yarn over -- no matter how loosely I do it it seems to bunch up.

The plus side is I've got some beautiful sport weight yarn looking for a project....

Knit on, fellow crafters!

Here's the link to the pattern page: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/fooler-a-faker I plan to make at least one more of this hat Smiley

I bought a pom pom maker specifically for this hat, lol. I'm normally not a pom person, but like it on this one, lol.

She is such a talented designer!

I keep forgetting to take pics of the three hats I have knitted...

I have made 17 crochet hats so far this year...and I am working on a goal of one pair of socks a month... Cheesy

Oh, fun! I have to knit a baby blanket for my niece, but the yarn isn't in stock yet, so I've been getting ahead on knitting I won't get to do while working on the blanket, lol.

Whoa, always -- that's a tremndous amount of hats -- and socks, too?  No wonder you're always in your room!

Love the hat mandyandbingley; very pretty yarn.

Not much to report this week, but I did use up some of the mysterious, Neopolitan ice cream colored yarn in a bit of mindless TV viewing....
