lol--there are so many fantastic knitters that I admire...yarn projects are not my strong suit but I figure it is hard to screw up a hat!

I really need to knit more men hats...the largest population of homeless in our area are men...unfortunately, so much of my yarn really seems feminine. I think I will buy some solid "manly" colors and maybe do some stripes with some of the colors I have...

I did start a beret for myself using a skein of leftover amazing yarn (which I really do not like to knit since it is fuzzy...)  I prefer smooth yarn...

Haven't had as much time to work on it as I'd like, and I can't take it to work with so much yarn to manage.  Almost done the pointy part, and I'm thinking I'll do the neck part all green, because I'm kinda tired of the plaid

WOOT! Done the hound hat! I had to bribe the dog to get in the kitchen, which has the least cluttered background. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go deal with the marrow bone crumbs all over the place
