Well, one of my recipients has gone MIA, so here is what I sent her. She had a mystical creatures theme...  This is a Water Leaper, from Wales.



Here is the info I found on a certain creatures website...
Llamhigyn Y Dwr, commonly referred to as a ‘water leaper’, is a Welsh monster of ponds, swamps and lakes. It is said to have the limbless body of a frog, a long lizard tail and wings resembling those of a bat. Its nickname comes from the way it uses its wings to leap out the water and glide forth. The Water Leaper is carnivorous, making it a pest among fisherman communities. It reeks havoc by snapping fishing lines, eating livestock and sometimes attacking humans.

I received two cards from Susie Apple today, which I thought was great but when I went to notifiy the organizer, I couldn't find the V claim anywhere and that really had me confused.  Then I looked at my list of unclaimed letters and realized the V was still on there, which means it was an extra - wasn't that nice of her!!

Hold onto your hats, people! I received, not 1, but three ATCs from corchen for my Edward Gorey theme.


They are the most awesome awesomeness ever! There is one for each of my family members, and I don't even think I posted my dh's name, which is Christopher! There is one for my daughter, Ryan, who is a Lego fanatic, it even looks like her. There is another with me running from ravens (another one of my themes, I might add). And then there's my hubs, peeking out from the woods. These are absolutely amazing, thank you so much, corchen! I hope to be claimed by you again.

Oh goodness, I haven't checked the gallery in a while, and everything blew up! And good news too. Congrats Jillybeans!
Well here is the card I got today from cabaute for my eye theme. She said its based on a female fly. The eyes are super glittery

And since jillybenas is going to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off soon lol, I figure I should post this for her. It was an ATC for her fancy animals theme.

OMG oath keeper is that a Dog with a tophat, mustache AND sparkly monacle? I'm pretty sure that's the cutest thing I've seen all day.
