Ongoing ATC Swap - January 2013 Gallery!

Woohoo!  I was so excited to see a little card in the mailbox!  I got my first ATC from cabaute for my Adult Beverages theme....it's an Alien Brain Hemorrhage, lol.  For anyone interested, here are the instructions I found online:

To make an alien brain hemorrhage cocktail, fill a shot glass halfway with peach schnapps. Gently pour Bailey's Irish Cream on top. After the shot is almost full, carefully add a small amount of blue curacao. After it settles, add a few drops of grenadine syrup.

That is one awesome card, but it's not from me...!   It must be from Oath Keeper, she claimed you for that theme as well.

And to answer your question Opalgryphon... I have no idea what it tastes like lol. I don't drink (yucky stuff lol) but all of my friend love it, so it cant taste to bad. I'm told it's on the sweet side. I just tend to stand by whoever is making it, so I can enjoy the art of making them

I hit a multi-card jackpot again today

First, an incredible Lakshmi card from SunnyDawn:

I was actually thinking that maybe I should change my "goddesses" theme to be Hindu gods and goddesses, because they are some of my favorites.  You must have read my mind!  Lakshmi has such a great vibe. I love the details surrounding her, and the smiling sun.

The second card is another for my animal group names theme (I am so happy to have gotten a few of these!), it is a KNOT of FROGS!  Another one that I didn't know before!!!

I have been getting more and more interested in paper coloring and decorating techniques.  If you look at the backdrop you will see what a fantastic job Oath Keeper did with this (I'm dying to know what materials you used to create this gorgeous effect)!  I just ordered some Adirondack Color Wash Dye and some Gel Sticks... I hope I can create some awesome textures and colors like this eventually

I was hoping the frog group was one you wouldn't know cabaute And while I would really really love to take credit for that beautiful work, sadly I can not. That was one of the blanks that SunnyDawn sent me. It was the one I found the most inspiring I would like it if SunnyDawn shared some of her secrets too

My internet service has been wonky for days and I haven't been able to upload or download anything - Ugh! So, finally, here is the awesome Harry Potter themed card I received from Jillybeans! It's my first HP card, I assumed it would be a character or house but it's a spell! I don't know why I didn't think of that, now I really want a series of spells. I may have to change my HP theme to HP spells. Thanks so much, Jillybeans.

pilarfarmer chose me for a cat theme but she also saw that I like moveables so she made me 2!!  They are both so great.


I absolutely adore bright colors. I love this card!


Black cats are my alltime favorite. I have never met one I did not love. The head and tail move on this card.
