what's a screencap?

I put the DVD in my computer and put it on a scene that I wanted the costume from. When it reached a certain point, I would pause the movie and hit PrntScrn then paste the image to Photoshop. After cropping out unneeded bits, I saved the image to my computer for reference.

Well I just finished re-watching the movie and now I feel like I filled out my questionnaire so poorly I have more details that should be added! Sigh, oh well, I can bombard my poor partner later lol.
