Oh my goodness, that is a shock to wake up to. Hopefully, the fun of a flea market will put that behind you.

Oh, we had been expecting it, wishing for them to speed up even, so we could get our address change registered, because there's some paperwork we can't file without our address change being made final. We were just not expecting it at nine thirty in the morning on a saturday.  Lips sealed

While the method of getting up in the morning isn't one I'd choose, Naanje, you can't be too late at the flea market if you want to get the good stuff! I've heard tantalizing tales of the Vrijmarkt at the end of April. (This is a nationwide yard sale once a year, when the usually strict sales tax laws on used goods are waived on the Queen's Day - soon to be King's Day, I guess - and many places turn into city-wide flea markets for 24 hours.) Some day I hope to make a trip to the Netherlands just for that!

I'm finally making progress on my project. I got held up for a few days because although I had a perfect idea and knew I had exactly the right item in my stash to make it from, I couldn't find the darn thing. I knew just where I put it, but the darn thing wasn't there. Eventually after I'd searched the whole house (and even the garage), I went back to the spot where I thought it was, and found it had been there all along, hiding behind a stack of books. So yesterday I bought the remaining materials I need and I'm moving ahead. Still quite a few technical details to work out, but I think it'll work.

Wulf, you definately have me intrigued. Especially the technical difficulties part. I love solving technical difficulties. Sometimes I get my whole family involved in brainstorming a solution.
Have fun!

That moment when inspiration hits and it's too late at night to drill through metal in my apartment.  #craftyproblems

Ugh, my crafting goes so slowly. I overextended my shoulder during the move, and when I'm working om my crafts I have to take breaks really quickly because it starts acting up again Sad

I've got a small project done and I'm halfway through a large. I'm just trying to decide if I can make working moving parts for it, or if I have to make it just cosmetic. Either way, I think it's turning out awesome!

Well, I worked on my large during the Superbowl yesterday, from 6:30 to 11 at night, six straight hours, and lost the entire thing. It was all done, and I was just too cocky to make sure I saved my progress at any point. . . Oh well, lesson learned, I suppose Sad
