I attended a Scrapbook Expo in Texas earlier this month. Started this smash book there, but just finished it this weekend while camping at the lake. It's a kit from Buttonfarmclub.com, so can't show more photos because of copyright issues.

Then I also took a class at the Expo on making pop-up cards, so these are my finished cards. Again no interior shots because of copyrights. Most of them are not my usual style and none of them are color combos I'd normally use, but I was more interested in learning techniques than in maintaining my personal style.

Nice!  I think kits are a great jumping off point to try something new or to learn techniques...then you can take that and do projects in your own style!

You can still take a kit and give it a bit of your own...lovely cards, kbrison!

Awesome stuff!   I love going to card making classes, and pretty much copying what they make, because I'm just learning.  And usually, they already have it together so well. That smash book looks great! I should check out that site.

Wow! Can't imagine trying to get all those pieces back together again in the right order, but it does look like you have a little helper for the project. Cheesy Good luck, Belladune!

Note for anyone else checking out the spinning wheel: Use the left scroll arrow to see the spinning wheel, right to see Bella's awesome yarns.
