I just seem to be better at making things for others. **shrugs**
But I DO have a lot of things lined up to make for me after I finish my swap things. Namely rooting my MH custom and making her clothes plus the tack for Shadowmere.

Arg here too. I'm still behind, and about to start working on a rough draft of a paper due next Monday. Hopefully I will make myself something during my short breaks from writing to keep the creative juices flowing...I've thought of something else to add to my list: a dream journal!

There is a woman in town that is going to teach a rag quilt class.  It's on Wednesday.  It's perfect, because that's the quilt I want to make with all my scrap denim and the old receiving blankets.  total win, as I think we have the space for 3 hours every wednesday. I could finish my quilt by the summer time!

Ooh a quilting class would be fun. The only one I've seen in my area was for one day and it was $60 for two or three hours. For that much, I'll teach myself.
