Well, perhaps not a friend, but she looks pleasant enough!  I got tired of taking lame pictures of hats and scarves lying flat on a table, so I got a cheap wig head.  Then that Styrofoam looked pretty blah.  A little modge-podge, part of a falling apart copy of Dr. Faustus from the 70s, and about an hour around midnight, and wah-lah! a new friend!

Next up: shoulders.

I have two wig heads that are looking pretty spotty. Think I'll have to try modge podge and paper on them. Thanks for the idea!

This is such a great idea! I knit so many head and neck items that something like this would come in handy for modeling. I love the book pages you used.
