I've been collecting photos of interesting people for a while and thought they deserved their own portraits Smiley

Just some old book pages, lacey bits and a few splashes of paint here and there...

Those are fabulous, great work.  The guy is my favourite, his expression, and how you used the touch of bolder blue smudge, the composition, the button, all great.

These are wonderful!!  Don't you wonder what these people would think about their image being used so long after they were gone?  (That's always what I'm thinking when I use old photos.)  Smiley
That man in the brain protector is fantastic - what a character - I eat it!!!

These are so pretty. The expression on the face of the first one cracks me up! The way you mesh fabric with paper always intrigues me.

Thanks! I think he's my favourite too Smiley

I do! Especially all the wacky Victorian ones that were taken with such seriousness at the time.

How do you decide when you have added enough?   Is there a guideline or rule of thumb?

Very creative and original idea Smiley my favorite is the man with the brain protector. You seem to be very skill full with collage pieces. Nice work!
