HOW did u get so many of the same color crayons? had to buy tons of cheap packs, or raid a restaurant crayon bucket?

We bought a classroom pack from Michael's...has like 500 crayons in 6 or 7 colors.

Left the Crayons...pretty much the project is as you see it except she painted the edge of the canvas black to finish it off.

Awesome !  This was a great idea.  I hope the person who got it loves it.  What is the tool used to melt the crayons?  Most of the time I see people using hair dryer.  For a while I've wanted to try crayon art.  Thanks for the push.
