No problem! I was pretty afraid to use it at first too. I'd suggest doing what I did first though. I took a piece of my fabric and just painted it a little bit (just some simple shading), and put the varnish over that to see what it would look like before using it on one of my doll faces. I would've been pretty crushed if it had messed up a doll!
