I like to do it something like this:

Title (if I gave it one)
Theme
Craftster Ongoing ATC Swap
Month Year
Username
Name
Email
Location (state country)
Medium
Sometimes who it goes to or a comment if there's empty space

Here's an example:

I usually write the title, month & year, my username, my real name, & the medium.  I like that some people put their emails down, and I've been thinking about doing that.

Craftster has a mini breakdown on ATC's
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=136601.0
It has just the basic stuff about dimensions, what goes on the back, trade don't sell, etc. BUT it also has a lot of intersting links if you scroll down. They give you links to supplies, ideas for displaying, links to galleries, and tutorials too. Lots of inspiration and coolness there.  Wink

Since people are asking questions, I've got one, also!

Are digital ATCs frowned upon? lol I haven't seen any but I actually love drawing and illustrating on the computer using my wacom tablet and think it would be fun to mix in a drawing I did on the computer just for who I'm swapping with now and then. I'm not talking about digital scrapbooking type ATCs or coloring in clip art, I'm talking about doing digital illustrations by hand, printing them on a nice cardstock, and mounting them on a complimentary cardstock.

If it's not cool, that's fine, but I didn't want to just assume that would be okay!

If there was a patch for ATC addiction, I would probably try to decorate it and mail it to someone.

I would love to receive a cool digital art artc.  I think I've seen people do photographic ones on occasion, and I've wondered about doing those myself.

For me I'd love it so long as it was your own original digital art or photograph.

I think that is personal preference.  I would check with your partner before you sent them something like that.  I've gotten some digital art before, and I loved it!

I'd love digital artwork that you did yourself.  I've used my own pictures and they've been well received.

In all the vacation excitement, I forgot to mention that I'm in Puerto Rico until Saturday, so I won't be able to check my mail or post pictures until then....I'll get on it ASAP though!

DUDE. That's a great idea. I've had a Bamboo for a while now, but I just got my new laptop this weekend so I've actually been getting something done with it. I would love digital art, personally.
