My daughter is 8 and I decided that she should learn to use a sewing machine this year.  So I gave her a Janome Mini Sewing Machine for Christmas.  She also received some supplies and fabric from Grandma.

We just got back home from Grandma's house today and of course she had to start right away.

She sewed a doorhanger from a Hello Kitty Panel she recieved(with a little help from Mom).  I'm sooo proud of her!
