Mr. Mouse and I moved from a teesny, terrible apt into a much nice condo-style apartment. It took me about 2 months to get everything up on the walls, but on Christmas Eve I went into a frenzy and put a lot of it up. For how little I thought about everything I am pretty happy with how it looks, and even more happy with being able to display my swap-swag, family items and crafty stuff from over the years in a way that suits our new living arrangements.
I finally feel like I am in a home!

.:Our hall table:.
handmade paper-cut picture that says "home is whereve I'm with you" from one of my dear bridesmaids
wooden head
grandma's gardening hat, wedding photo, and folding ruler from her sewing room
Italian glass drink dispenser from our wedding (strange place for it, but I just really like it!)
kraken rum bottle
letterpressed name monogram
sequined purse
embroidered tablecloth from grandma

.:Our Living Room:.
Grandfather's WWII footlocker and german trunk
Handmade quilt from aunt-in-law (and other hand-me-down quilt)
letterpressed dragonforce poster

Itaglio Zombie Apocalypse print. Made by a friend in college.

Our colorful bookcase covered in swappy arumiguri

Our wedding topper (made by a friend)
Our gold ampersand
My felt rancor
swapped needle rolls and other knitting tools

Photos
My BooksofAdam.com custom drawing
felt stuffies and swappy Arumiguri
My "famous" Katamari Painting

.:Our Bedroom:.

Grandma's gold mirror
Blue mason jar
Terrarium (yet to be planted)
Vintage teal fan
Girl of the Limberlost
Doily Bunting from Shop the Swap

"Lady of perpetual Knitting" painting
Hand-me-down mirrors, frames and birds
wedding pictures, friend pictures, wool bow from grandmother's war-wedding suit (used as my something old and something blue)
Silkscreen "vintage ladies" hanging made by a friend

.:Bathroom:.
Wicker vanity with many swapped necklaces (need more hooks!)

.:Second Bedroom Geek-Nook:.
Felt Starwars Badges (in the back)
Mighty Boosh Howard Painting
Predator mask
R2D2 valentine
Jawa Art
My Neighbor Totoro Puzzle from Ghibli Museum
Firely Etching

My tiny hoopla wall!

Thanks to everyone I have ever swapped with! You have made our little groundfloor apartment feel downright homey, full of love and care and all sorts of crafty good juju!
