I have a goal of 50 new recipes this year, now with this board I don't know if I'm hoping more for great turnouts or hilarious disasters...  a lot of the time, the failures are so much more fun to write up!

Verdict: My family and I really liked them. If you like ground turkey and are a fan of green chiles, you'll probably like them too. Were they hard? Not really, they were just very time consuming. Definitely not a quick meal. Will I make them again? Probably, but I think they'll be a once in awhile kind of meal.

I'm on an experimenting kick. Tonight's dinner:

Taco Stuffed Shells

Verdict: Super yummy. Will definitely be making again. That being said, however, I did end up making some small changes. The biggest change was that I doubled the entire recipe EXCEPT the shells. I still had a few shells left over, and I didn't even stuff them super full. Also, I didn't use enough taco sauce, because I ended up not having enough. Still everyone loved them and they didn't even leave any left overs.

Made a new pinterest dinner idea figuring I'd use it here, then when it was ready *bam* forgot to take a picture LOL.  So here's the recipe at least.

Verdict:  Really good.  Really easy, fix it and forget it kind of thing.  Added some cheese toast and green beans and it was a great meal.  The only thing different I did was add some sliced olives to the top that we had leftover from New Years.  Presentation was good and taste was like a lasagna.  I'd make this again, and it was easier than cooking the frozen ravioli on the stove top.  DH loved it and wanted it for his lunch.  8 year old ate her whole portion.  6 year old ate the required one bite which is all she ever eats of dinner anyway.
