The turtorial for Frankie, the safety-pin holder, I found here: http://www.anestforallseasons.com/2013/10/simply-sewn-onels-frankeenstein-safety.html?m=1
Considering the trees, here are a tutorial: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxEtoQ63usU. It is a nearly as we made them.
And:
...And am pleased your family could help decorate father's forhall...what ever the heck that is  Roll Eyes I am guessing British for a pass through hallway?
No, sorry, not British - just my failed attempt to find a translation of a Danish word - I suppose 'hall' would have been better  Roll Eyes.

Dulcet, you're just in time to start for next year! LOL!

We do quite a bit of paper folding so I can remember all the steps after just one watch (the first folds in most projects are all the same so I recognize them). The star though, she held it out of frame for the last step and I have no idea what she did. I'll have to experiment.

She cut around the top except for one spot, cut off the tip to make a hole, then folded it up...I also get folds after one viewing Grin.

It was fantastic and not so long and boring like so many of them...

It's cool how most of them start the same way but at the end you've got anything, it could turn out to be anything at all!
Have you seen the Starwars origami book series? My young man is crazy about them, there are little Han Foldos, Darth Papers, and Fortune Wookies all over the house! There's another one coming out in March, just in time for his bday. Princess Label-maker, ha ha ha!

Couple items from stash.  The shrug has been my take-along project for a while, but I guess I haven't been spending as much time in the car lately.  The skirt just kind of happened Sat night when I decided that DD needed something new to wear to church.  I used up all the yarn for the shrug and all the fabric for the skirt.  *Not intended to be worn together.

I have boxes of vintage piano music.  Some as old as 1890's!  PM me if you'd like some!

Thanks for all the input!  I have a feeling next year will be formatted pretty much the same as before, but wanted to see if there were any more ideas floating around in the ether that should be incorporated.

Good Luck with the Christmas Crafting and continual DeStashing!  I need to get pictures of everything from November to now, but I haven't been home very much.
