They definitely look very lovely, even if they are rabbit fur. Very unique embellishments, that's for sure, K_Star!

Great afghan, banana leg.  The first time I saw only the blanket, but the second time i saw the picture i noticed the kids.  And it scared me. lol

Well, tonight is the official start of my crafting season. All the Thursday and Monday evenings and all day Sunday until February are spoken for. While I might not appreciate football as much as my significant other, I do appreciate all of the crafting time that comes out of it! I'm already surrounded with yarn and I'm hoping to do some major stash busting since I've failed at it this summer!

The stash-ghan is looking fab Smiley  Although I don't envy you having to weave all those ends!

I have a few pictures to share!

I used up two skeins of Lion Brand Suede making this.  It was going to be a lap blanket to donate to the nursing home my mother works at, but I overestimated how far the yarn would go so it's now a pet mat.

Also, a pair of slipper socks for DH.  He didn't want to me to take a picture of him "in his slippers and underwear" but I did get a snapshot  Roll Eyes.  I hoped these would make a sizeable dent in the 1-lb roll of black Red Heart I have, but I honestly don't see much difference.

I'm thinking I'll make a baby-sized matching pair for Baby Boy and then use the rest for part of an afghan.  If it has an end...

lol Mrs. Awesome Pants...I swear that certain colors and yarns never get smaller...I think I have been using up the same black skein of yarn for over ten years now...I think you have to give it some some sunlight to stop it from doubling in size in the dark bags or bins... Grin

I love the petghan...I have some of that suede yarn...never could figure out what to make with it!

LOL...I found out they've actually discontinued the yarn because of bad reviews (breaking, etc) and I'm not sure whether I mind or not.  It was a pain to work with; the nap made it catch on itself a lot.  But the texture was lovely.

With football and friends having babies, my stash is slowly getting smaller!

Here are some baby hats that finished off 3 half skeins. I have a feeling I will be making more of these. So easy!

And here is an adult hat:

I'm also working on a baby blanket. I will probably have enough yarn to make 2, but we will see.
