Scholars and artists...differ most importantly in the way their knowledge is come by.  Scholars get theirs with conscientious thoroughness along projected lines of logic; poets...stick to nothing deliberately, but let what will stick to them like burrs where they walk in the fields.

I HAVE been crafting this summer, but it's all small things like bits of embroidery floss and I made a bunch of dish cloths the other day to use a bunch of cotton I've had forever. It's just so hard to stay inside and craft when it's so lovely out!

Hey Jfer, sometimes it seems like I've been making stuff for ages and when I look over what stash I've busted it's next to nuthin' because everything I've made is so Small! LOL! Oh well, I love little, those can be the nicest things Smiley.

Bella, groovy idea for a curtain! We're moving to a new place, not even sure if I can poke holes in walls so let's hope for places magnets will stick! Cheesy

OK, I posted again for the 10th annual challenge. This one I've been working on for ages and I sure hope the tutorial makes sense. If it doesn't pls feel free to give me feedback and I'll fix it up. And if you make one oh boy show me for sure! XO peeps. You destashers are my favourite bunch of folks any place Smiley <3.

CLM, you always make the cutest, most unique things.  My crafting feels kind of boring by comparison  Cheesy

I destashed some embroidery thread last night by crocheting a few bookmarks while watching back episodes of Dexter.  Tonight we're catching up on Under the Dome so I'll have to make some more and post pics later.

Advice Needed!

We are moving in less than 2 months, only taking what can fit into four suitcases.  Should I cart my sewing machine along or just sell it and buy a new one when we get out there?  I've wanted a new one for a while, but I'm not guaranteed to get one at a decent price right away.  If I economize and pack just right, I can fit my sewing machine in.  All opinions appreciated!
