texscrapper, I'm impressed with the burlap. I tried to work with it one time and it was a horrible diaster.

The burlap bags is great! it's awesome!
Pillow cases!  I should make a ton of fun ones from all the single yards of fabric in my closet.  At least then 1) my craft room closet would have more space 2) I can throw out all the oddly smelling pillow cases we've had kicking around for years and replace them with much more fun pillow cases!
That skirt is pretty!  I want to make myself skirts this year.  I keep meaning to....

I have about 10 seconds left on the library computer but here are the latest and the last monsters for the library display, whew! So glad to be finished! Stitching on all that hair last night gave me achey fingers, ouch.

I cut out 2 pairs of pants(kids) and 4 pillow cases. Was going to sew them this weekend, but I guess we are road tripping instead. But I will sew once we get home. It did use up 3 whole chunks of fabric. (Partial yards) and put a dent in three others. If the pants fit, I will make a few more pairs for my daughter, or her friends. That would be a lot of the same pants for one girl lol

I guess as far as the themes go, I did cro-tat some green shamrocks for my kids to wear and give away on St. Patrick's Day.  But they took minuscule amounts of yarn.

Hubby and I went on a coach trip to the coast yesterday so I made two hats for my brother in law during the non-scenic parts of the trip  Grin Used up the last of my pale grey ILTY and some mystery charcoal coloured.
Got home around 9.30 last night to find that my doggies had inadvertently helped destash some yarn for me  Undecided 3/4 of a full skein tangled around everywhere and covered in dog hair, it looked like good fun!  Wink

K-star--each time I show hubs your beanies, he wants one in the same colors!  I must stop showing him because I do not want to BUY yarn! Cheesy

oh our pups--they love a good yarn toy! Cheesy  My own grabbed a crocheted hacky sack off the counter...I came home to little rocks all over my family room! Cheesy

jfer, loving the hats. And the sweater looks bomb. Any action shots?

gaudi, the denim blanket is gorgeous.

Kook, i think i've commented on her somewhere already, but Janis is so rad.
I'm sorry you had to rip out your Juliana. I'm sure the next one will be perfect.
I love the way you dressed up your chair.
What pattern did you use for the yellow baby hats?

clm, i want to snuggle all of your monsters. I think my favorite is the one that reminds me of a wild thing. The third one in this post.

melerrific, cute baby slippers!

dulcet, i love your pants rug. How did you lace it together?

tex, that baby blanket looks awesome.

trina, i love what you're doing with your journals.

I made a few green things this month...
A shamrock hat for my nephew, Liam (whom i finally got to meet last night!). A shamrock for me. A sweatband and wristers for my brother because he was in a quidditch tournament.

Remember the fox hat i posted last time? My friend never did send me her address, and my awkwardness wouldn't allow me to re-ask... Then, a couple days ago, i saw a photo of her son wearing a fox hat almost identical to the one i had made. So now i have a baby fox hat.

I also made a Mickey Mouse hat, but i'm not sure the ears are sturdy enough to stand up on their own. I sent it to my sister to try it on my nephew, so we'll see what happens when it gets there.

Although I randomly post in this thread, I do follow it.

I have been destashing just the tiniest little bit by using yarn I purchased for one swap in another swap.  (Does that even count as destashing?  Roll Eyes)

Also, my younger DH wanted me to fix/re-make a patchwork pillow that I made her several years ago, and I've been using stash fabric to do it.  It's almost done.
