ehinders, that is such a great idea to turn hand towles into bibs. Must pick one up for my new 'niece'.

Belladune, if you think about it, that is sort of crafting. Taking pretty much nothing and creating wonderful things. I need to do more of that sort of creating. It makes me so happy and pleased with myself.

I've seen new interviews with the paper clip house guy.  Part of the trade path led him through Vancouver, so the local news folks all did stories.  It was 5 or 6 years ago at this point I think...

I broke down under the stress of life and purchased yarn...no projects in mind...I thought I had the "shop under stress" thing under control...

Confessing here so I can move on and look for projects...Sad

What a clever idea with those baby bibs. I should try something like that. I have a six month old nephew who I'm sure could use them.

The other day in the car between shopping trips, I made a short infinity scarf out of yarn I have had for three or more years. I only had two small balls of it, but I finally made something with them. I still have not uploaded the photo but I made it this past Sunday.

My yarn stash is slowly going down so now I have room for what I will be handspinning. I already have an idea on what I am going to do with the odds and ends from the yarns. I'd like a nice big and colorful blanket for my bed when it's too warm for the comforter but too cold without something a bit heavier.

Thanks for all the compliments. I think those hand towels in the dollar sections are so cute, but you can only have so many hand towels. Wink

vampedangel14: The bibs are pretty easy. I just cut a round hole by tracing around something. Then I just sew t-shirt ribbing from the fabric store around it. Done! My favorite bibs when my DD were little were these kind (they kept her the cleanest!)
