Alwaysinmyroom: I love the bright colors in the fat quarters. Will make some pot holders, and hotpads for my countertop as well out of them.  So bright and happy looking. Kinda make me want to make a tablerunner and placemats to boot LOL.

That's a great looking jacket, dulcet.

I'm working on a stashbuster granny stripe blanket.

July theme is awesome, I have Checks/Gingham fabric too just not in red. At least now I have an excuse to buy some fabric.  Wink

I decided to get a head start on ballet costumes for next performance.  So this week I made 15 yards of 1" wide piping.  The cord was purchased, but the fabric came from a bedspread (or maybe tablecloth?) from my grandma.  Thing is, I ended up cutting waaay too much bias -- I have another 12 yards of it!

I have boxes of vintage piano music.  Some as old as 1890's!  PM me if you'd like some!

dulcet--you have such creative ways to use up things!  I know what I am going to do with some of the fabric I was given!  I can always use piping or bias tape for some future project...I was going to make fabric bowls but I am kinda over them... Grin
