A quick and easy peplum skirt with an elastic waistband. It only took me one afternoon to make, no pattern required. I made this one out of a synthetic taffeta, but any double sided woven fabric should work. It can be worn with or without a belt, but I find that it looks a bit girly when I wear it without. Heh, even with the belt, it might actually look better on a little girl Tongue
