I realized awhile ago-that i need to order some free flat rate boxes from the usps.  When shipping from home-they are really excellent.  So, no mailing packages until the boxes arrive.

On another note-so i taped that sign on the door-I opened the door last night and wouldnt you know-I had 2 papers stuffed in the door handle.  So, they didnt knock-but assumed I would want to see the items they are selling.  At least they didnt knock.

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

LOL Missmoppet - some people just never give up!

I'm sending out gamer on and GlassKicker's packages today. They have been ready I just haven't left the house the last few days!

It's Spring Break here and the kiddos and I have been cleaning like wild dervishes. I thought I would take it easy this week with no big projects, but in my typical fashion, I decided to repaint and redecorate my twins bedroom. All this was decided at 2:00 PM yesterday - LOL.
This morning my oldest son and I had the first coat of paint in by 9:30 am. We are running errands and about to see if we need a second coat. Next will be sewing the curtains and tomorrow is IKEA! WOOOOOOO HOOOOOO - my second fave store Smiley

Wow. Just, wow. Suddenly I'm glad I live on a dangerous corner where people crash a lot and door to door sales people avoid.

I love the idea of the vinyl clings for the door that are polite but direct.  I don't live in a subdivision, not even in a neighborhood.  I live down a very long dirt drive (really qualifies as a road) and I still get them.   I don't get the sellers, just the witnesses.  They are always young, always nicely dressed, always polite, and they creep me out in a big way.  I always get this horrible "Criminal Minds" thing going in my head when I see them standing on my porch in the middle of nowhere wanting me to open the door.

I am right there with ya on that Crimminal Mind thought.  Course, I dont live in the middle of nowhere any more.  But still, same thoughts.  Hubby thinks I'm silly.  I call it more cautious in a world of complete chaos.

Anyways, craft wise-I have gathered all the supplies for my two receivers.  And have one item made.  I just need boxes and to try the pac man bow.  Smiley
