When I saw beadiful nights amazing loomed cuff bracelets, I knew I had to try them.  She had a tutorial of how to make her custom loom on one of her youtube videos, and my wonderful husband made it for me for my birthday in September.  Since then, I've gone bracelet crazy!  I made most of these for Christmas presents this year.  I have just an incredible amount of beads, and it was such an awesome way to destash, and then of course to go buy more to replenish!  ^_^

To start, I used beadiful night's method of making these bracelets, the tutorial for which can be found here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=408396.0

But, after the first one, I started to branch out a little bit and I would do just the middles first, and then the outside beads.  And then it all evolved into something different.  My knots and enclosures for the buttons at the end were feeling a little chunky.  I did some research and found some lovely bracelets where the hole for the button was incorporated into the design of bracelet.  It was really quite lovely.  So, I figured out how to do that all on my own, and when I get a break in my life, I will take pictures of the process and post a tutorial.  For now, you all just get to oogle what I made.  ^_^

Yeah, these are definitely a lot of fun to make!  ^_^  Thanks for looking!

these are really nice, great colour combo's.
how do you do these when the outside rows of beads are not the same width as the middle row beads? do you do the centre row independently first (like a simple, one layer wrap bracelet) then add on the outer rows after? this would definitely allow for more options and combo's of beads since you're not limited to those of the same width to make the finished result look tidy.
Beautiful work!

Beautiful! Smiley
I got the new "beaded bands" Klutz book for Christmas so have just learned to do the simple version of these. I love the way you've made the beads into the loop.

I love the way you did the loop on the last few cuffs. I like it when the clasp looks like part of the design and not just an extra thing to hold the piece together Smiley
I also like your combinations. I've use the black and pink combo myself on some pieces that turned out very nice.

Love these! I really need to get one of those looms. Looks like a great use of all of the extra beads I have right now.
