Dang! And the gallery explodes once again!! They all look fabulous! That crow has such a cute little personality! I love the hair on the siren, and the stitching on the scarecrow! (Hmm... what am I forgetting??) paumelia and pupper, your two ladies are so junk-tastic, and both have amazing accessories!

lol Kookaloo!  I am also scared of clowns and scarecrows! Cheesy  But, I really loved the patchwork on the scarecrow and the cute hat...

Love the scales on the Siren and her hair is wonderful!

Now, be prepared for my own awesome package from Wendiek!!!

First, all the goodies at once--TWO dolls, a Dutch calendar with cows, a cow postcard, a needlebook, and some stickers for fun!

The main attraction---awww...a doll made from saved clothing--some of it is so soft, so maybe from pj's!  It is funny how I think it could be related to the doll I made for her...same shape and coloring! The heart is special also because it has buttons!  One of the arms is attached with a wooden button that actually says "wooden button" ha ha ha! Cheesy The back has her tag and more patchwork!

Whoa!  A second scary doll made from a child's drawing...the little arms and the big mouth are my favorite!

Next is the doll showing off the cute needlebook...which I need for my embroidery! (and there are those creepy arms again! Cheesy)

Finally, the extras---the calendar has pictures of sites in Holland, which is what I wanted...I was surprised at how many of the months are just like ours with very little change in spelling---so I guess we all speak Dutch a little! Cheesy

Thank you for my fun and crazy package, Wendiek!  I had a blast with this swap!

Sqquuueee! A big eye doll!  I LOVE it (...not fond of clowns or scarecrows either LOL.  But I'm fine with big boogly eyes Grin)  Even cool that it is from a child's drawing.  And the little green doll is adorable.  These dolls are so perfect for cool/odd/funky buttons.

To all past swap partners....If something I made you fell apart in some way, it would be helpful to me if you PMed me and told me about it.  Sometimes, I try new things, and if they fail, it helps me to know

Wendiek--what an awesome package!  I LOVE the doll made from saved clothing--it looks soft and yes, junky, but not scary, just lovable!  The colors are great.  Your son is a great artist, and it's fabulous that you were able to bring his scary drawing to life, you did a wonderful job of that, and her must have been so proud! (The bloodshot yeye is too funny!)  The cow-themed extras are great too.

Thanks ladies for all your nice comments!

I have a hard time throwing away clothing, even if it's not wearable any more. So I try to reuse them. I combined some of my clothing with the left overs from other projects.
You were right, AIMR, that soft fabric was from a pyjama! It was hard for me to make her not too neat, hahaha!
The mouth was sort of like JJ, I used a stitch on my machine and added a piece of red fabric for the mouth.

My youngest son made the drawing, my partner made it a bit more scary with colouring and I tried to make it from fabric.
When I was done, I thought it looks like a Picasso, hahaha! But my son was satisfied with it  Cheesy

Glad you like the calender and the card. It's obvious that I like cows! The needlebook is my favourite small thing to make, easy, fun and functional.

Thanks Linda for swapping with me! I had a very good time  Cheesy

BTW the candies are almost eaten, ALL of it!  Roll Eyes
