Thank you, HSG.  Yes, pinks and oranges - sort of a sherbert theme - guess I'm wishing for some warm summer weather already!  LOL

I love stripes...such lovely colors and the shapes are also very nice!

It must be difficult to keep the lines so straight with glass...

Thanks for sharing your projects!

Is this fused glass, or painted glass?
I took a day long workshop on fused glass this past fall and completely fell in love! If only I could afford the money and the space for a kiln!

Either way, it's a lovely design!

Thanks, everyone!  It is fused glass.  (Me, paint?  Hahahahahahaha?  My children would be rolling on the floor laughing at the very idea! LOL)  The piece is made with stringers positioned on a base of clear glass.  The stringers are an easy way to produce straight lines in glass.  This is a rather easy process, as there is minimal cutting involved.  And you are right, elyxandra - the startup can be a bit pricey.  When I first started, I made ample use of the local teaching studio equipment.

I love those Bullseye tutorials!

Aren't they amazing?  I subscribe to the Online Education program - it's been quite beneficial.  Bullseye education outreach is topnotch.  I'm excited that my local teaching studio is hosting Nathan Sandberg (formerly of Bullseye) for a 3 day workshop in January.
