I would gladly take any blocks!  They would need to be 12-1/2 inches as that is what I am making...I loved the ones we did for pearliespie--blue background, green grass...that way I can border them in white or grey...I think if I did 3 blocks across and 4 blocks down with sashing and borders, it would be a good size to donate!  Thanks!  Even a few would take some of the pressure off me!

i’ll sed 2.  12.5 x12.5.  brights? neutrals? quilters choice? wonky? green grass and blue sky.

I will need them probably by February 5th--wonky houses, scrappy, so any color is fine, but I would like the blue sky and the green grass...I will be sure that you guys get credit and that my sister sends me lots of pics!

Love all the finished quilt good-nice. working on my Mario wip from last year today. my man finished the legs for my quilt frame.  so now we can hand quilt all the quilts we got from his grandma.

I finished my WIP...and I am so proud, I really didn't think I would manage to finish the january challenge, as work has been insane, new BF...DD;s 18 birthday and some work travel coming up..but today I did it. I finished it. It has it's own thread (and story...do all old quilts have stories... http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=419338.msg4967518#msg4967518)

but this is what the finished article looks like...this was started in 1988!!!! it has only taken me 25 years to finish!... it actually dated from when I got my first sewing machine.


I am thinking beautiful thoughts in this photo...hence the halo...very happy to have finished...thanks so much for this months challenge, or this might have been schlepped around for the next 25 years....

Go you!  I bet it feels good to get it done after all this time!  And it looks great!

My chances of getting my 20-year-old quilt done by the end of the month are dwindling... But!  Even with the horrid tendinitis or whatever that made my arm near-unusable this weekend, I may finish the month with the top done, finally pieces together, which would be a HUGE step - and never would have happened without the challenge.  So thank you!
