Thanks...then I will do so now!

After two years hiatus due to retraining I am getting reacquainted with my sewing machine. My list:

1- cowboy quilt for my youngest (wip)
2- knights/ fantasy for DS1
3- lap quilt for my yoga class
4-quilted bag for yoga stuff
5- wall hanging quilt for my sis
6- sampler quilt for our bed (started in 2010)

I am hoping to hand quilt a few of those so I'll be very lucky if I complete all of these by the end of the year  Wink

Okay, I decided to join as well. Here's my list, in no particular order:

1. Modern Quilt for a friend
2. Modern Pinwheel Salt Water Quilt for me (Must be done by August 27th)
3. Sweet Pea Quilt for Barbara (Christmas)
4. Perfect Ten Fox Quilt for Phoebe (Christmas)
5. Bohemian Bouquet Applique Quilt for Bailey (Definitely won't be done in 2013, but it has to be done before April 2014)
6. Quilted Laptop Case
7. Stacked Squares Simply Style Quilt
8. Diamonds in the Sky Acacia Tula Pink Quilt
9. Applique Quilt for Kayleigh (Must be done by October)
10. UFO-Christmas Tree Skirt for Grandma Rosie (I started it this time last year and never quilted it, Christmas)
11. UFO-Gnome Quilt for Allyson (Again started this time last year, should be for Christmas)
12. UFO-Heart Applique Quilt for Bebe (Started January of this year)
13. UFO-Scrappy Trails Odds and Ends Quilt for me (Started November 2012)

Whew, I made it to 13! There's probably no way in hell I'll finish all of these before the end of the year, but I'll try. I'm getting married mid-November, then Honeymooning until mid-December. Most of these are being planned for Christmas gifts, but there's always birthdays and mothers days if I don't finish them in time.

Welcome, noushi and stellou!  I read a Tula Pink book recently, I loved the section on how she designs her fabric, so interesting!

I'm just a little bit (ALOT) obsessed with Tula Pink... I can't wait until the Acacia line comes out, that Diamond in the Sky quilt (which I've preordered) is going to be amazing when it ships!

Thought I'd share a pic of how the Bohemian Bouquet quilt is coming along. This is from the center block.
