I love the scrappy coasters, the choice of colors, patterns, quilting. I think I like them even better than the quilt blocks, which all are great.

A Knifty Knitter loom can make a blanket? Wow! I don't knit or crochet, and have never looked at knitting looms. Maybe someday I should!
I like the coasters and the quilt blocks, always.

QNM, that soap is awesome. Is it done in a chocolate mould or something?

Man, you guys get all the best stuff for Halloween. Our selection here is pretty dodgy, because it's still not really a "thing" here.

It was a mould for a plaster skeleton  Smiley  I've made soap in it a couple times now and it works really well.

I'm making myself some winter accessories (in addition to the Spring/Fall set I posted earlier).  Here's what I've got done so far:

I'm working on another hat right now. ^_^   The goal is to make bright-coloured accessories so that I don't get hit by a car in the dark winter.  (The red in the bottom scarf and hat is quite a bit brighter than the picture would have you believe)

AIMR - Love the 'scrappy' coasters Smiley great way to use up those pretty fabric bits left over.

QueenNinjaMonkey - I recognise those images but cant remember where from??

fantastimio - I *want* that scarf pattern - so cool & funky. where did you get the pattern???

I've had a good weekend, craft wise.

My sister's friends are getting married, and they are having a hugely 'scottish' themed gay wedding (the ladies in question are not known for being sutble). So she asked if I could make 2 rainbow pride garters and a 'tasteful' wedding book cover - to include the Saltire, thistles, celtic knots and greyhounds.

CHALLENGE ENTRY ? - unusual material (for scotland - tinned pumpkin)
I also tried a little american style baking - pumpkin chocolate marbled brownies. we dont really eat pumpkin over here and when I did manage to find some tinned pumpkin I just had to try it. They were tasty enough but I dont know that i'd got to all that effort again.

I also made a Craft Goddess peg dolly from a little inspiration kit my mum bought me. Full post here

I also finished a personal Inchie house Swap with Sarcastra, Im just waiting on her pics.

Wow, thank you!  It's one of my own patterns, called "mio's scarf". It's pretty easy to do, and it requires a double-ended hook.

:-)
