I didn't want to repost the pictures here since I made this project its own topic.  This is the miniature witch's room that the DH and I made for gotgrey in the Mini 13 Days of Halloween Swap.  He's really good with the teeny tiny goodies so I got him to help me.  Cheesy

So I saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M61TdnmD1wU&list=WL54C9296EB07AB4FE

and thought that it was so cute that I had to make my own!!

Here's mine

It's much smaller because it has to fit into an envelope lol and it's less glittery cuz it's for a boy Tongue

Here is the finished baby blanket

And here a few resin things. Two of them messed up (the powder floated to the top) but the others came out well. The heart has silver in it, those are not air bubbles. I need to shine it up still.

I made some dress-up stuff for Breegys little girl in the OWS. Here they are being modeled  Grin

Hello Kitty crochet hat

Magic cloak

a wand

butterfly wings

mermaid skirt

The baby blanket looks snuggly and warm, cream is a good classic colour to use.

Queenninjamonkey, your Halloween ornaments are creepy cute. My favorite is the mummy. Amazing needle punch hoop. Now, I want to learn needle punching too.

Butterflyangel, I like the idea of the moving bat inside the card. Your card is beautiful.

Ffrogg526, this witch room is very cute. I like how you puy many details.

Vampedangel14, the baby blanket looks ultra soft and comfy. It makes me want to touch it. Is it knitted or crochet? I am wondering how you shine resin?

Kookaloo_Starr, the kitty hat is adorable. I would wear one myself if it were cold here. I too would have a big grin on my face if I had such a lovely, shimmering cape!

I made seven doll baby outfits for a little girl's birthday but I forgot to take pictures before giving them. I had so much fun making them, I couldn't stop and ended up sewing the last sleeve on the bathrobe minutes before leaving for the party. Now, I need to find another little girl who would like dolls' clothes.

Thank you everyone who commented on my projects. The blanket is 'knit'. I used a Knifty Knitter loom to make it. I tend to use it when doing bigger objects as I don't have any circular needles big enough right now. Hopefully I'll be picking up some soon.

For the resin, there are many ways that you can polish it to make it shiny. Or you can put a very thin coat of resin on it. that will make it shiny again but thin layers of resin take forever to dry!

I got a few hats done over the weekend and already have another started. I picked up a couple small balls of yarn at the store yesterday to make two fluffy hats for variety. One of those is what I'm currently using. Very, very soft!
