Thanks!  They are quite handy by the bed, on your desk, on your cutting board...hubby even has one in his workshop!  I used a tutorial I found on Craftster...very easy to make!

Seriously, they take no time at all...I made mine 10 inches wide, 14 inches long...cut the vinyl 19 inches to roll down the top...made a tube with an opening...turn inside out, topstitch however you like, sew up the gap--DONE! Grin

Kookaloostar, the doll is very cute with har lovely face and shiny clothes.

Butterflyangel, your hat looks great. I especially like the checkered band and the colors you choose.

Alwaysinmyroom, everything is adorable. You used some really cute fabrics and it is very neatly sewn. The pillow is such a great idea for a guy.

I would say so!  Can't wait to go read about it...

butterflyangel--I love seeing crafts that support our hard working military...whether I agree with policies or not, the men and women who serve deserve to be honored!

OK--bushbaby is a sneaky pete!!!  She posted these two projects, which I admired, and guess who she sent them to?  MEEEEEEEEEEE!  ha ha Thanks..I love the beaded scissor cover...it is absolutely gorgeous!

I've been really busy lately and have managed to complete 3 more projects  Grin

First up is a beaded scissors case - my own original (and exclusive) design. This is for a class I am teaching at my beading group next month. I still have to finish writing up the pattern but I have pattern tested the main part. The design is based on our logo (which I also designed 7/8 years ago)

Secondly I made these up. Just wanted to make something cute:

They make me think of knitted hugs Smiley
