First - PaperBeau, those are for you:

I wanted to try making those soft baby balls in patchwork. They were so fun to make. And luckily a have a friend who is going to be a grandmother, so I had someone to give them to.

My 28th and 29th project this year...

A bag per kumquat for their Nabi tablets.

Ignore the loose threads, the girls were so excited to use them, that I didn't get a chance to finish snipping them.  But I will, because as kids do, they must sleep eventually.  Wink

I am not dead.

I have not posted in the last two weeks, though I check this thread every day and am overwhelmed by all the awesomeness. I've been on a very strict computer time diet in order to get all my Winter Solstice gifts done. Here's what I've been doing while so silent...:

Hat for my DP

Scaled down scarf for Master Nine, to match his dad's.

Beanie for Master Five

Teddy sized Daleks for Miss Seven and Master Five.

I also started on a skirt for Miss Seven, but I'm a very slow knitter, so it's only about a quarter done.

Im not dead either  Grin in fact I have just finished 2 more pieces - a necklace and a brooch. Unfortunatly because I am hoping to teach these at a beading weekend next year I cant post pics yet.

I can post this little pic to show you a bit of the necklace.

Im also nearly finished a third piece of embroidery.  Cheesy

wow--I am loving the variety of projects!

From lovely floral arrangements to fan art!

DBD--that flamingo fabric is just so adorable!  Did you use the morse bag pattern for those?

that1girl--love the shawl made from your own dyed yarn!  love the little bit of fuchia color you threw in..and if there is a board for something on Craftster, then it counts!  We have cooking and beauty and bath for nail art and hair styles! Grin  go for it!

bushbaby--that is going to be a gorgeous necklace!  Love the colors!

the mini Dr. Who is so darn cute!  Also love the daleks!

Hey guys...remember to put down "CHALLENGE" in your post if you want it to be entered in the May/June challenge...we have about a week left!
