Here are a few things I've made lately. (I have a lot more pottery but I've been feeling a bit lazy about photographing it and posting. Tongue)

Little winter tree mugs. I made 9 in total. They're a good size for something really decadent, like sipping chocolate.

This is my first attempt at plying yarn. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Second plied yarn. I got the roving from sarahj2001. I really like the way this one turned out.

Tanath, such a cute hat and a gorgeous girl. The contrasting color band really makes it pop.

Oh cinnamon teal, those cups are so lovely. Do you ever sell your crafts? They remind me of a set I had as a kid.

Bushbaby, great job capturing the alligator's facial expression. He is really like the one on the book cover.

Tanath, that's a cute hat, but you got help from your lovely model. Did you make the vest she is wearing too?

Cinnamon teal, your chocolate much have beautiful colors and a very inviting and comforting shape. I love the colors of your yarn too!

cinnamon teal: that yarn is BEAUTIFUL! The cups are great too Smiley

I did another Ikea hack and forgot to post it here! The only full size image I have has a little title on it, hopefully that isn't a big issue if I'm just posting here.. I also have some in progress images on my blog. It was so much fun building something! I mean, I know it's Ikea.. But I still was sanding things down, painting, and drilling holes to make it work better! This was originally a Ikea Rast, we got two of them and then made them pretty Cheesy

I also FINALLY was able to create a repeating intestine textile pattern and silk screen it, which was still on my list from last year. I used it for the front pocket on this cosplay design I JUST finished (I drafted it from scratch and also created the ribcage graphic with butchers paper). A gold star if anyone knows what it is for Wink

Honestly, it felt damn good to make a costume piece. It has been a few months since I've been remotely motivated to sew anything for a costume, brain has just felt broken. You can probably see how excited I was once I put it on by my expression in the picture lol

So many pretty things have been posted!
smashu, I love your little hooded dress. It's adorable! I don't know what it's from but it's zombie related. That's all I've got.

cinnamon teal - your mugs are beautiful, I keep going back to look at the picture.
rottenlittleboys - thanks, I'm happy the color band worked out. I was running out of the red yarn and I don't have much yarn where I can get to it, so had to figure out which color would match.
yoopidou - thanks, I'm very happy with our little model Smiley I didn't make the vest she's wearing, some unknown grandma made that. My mom found a bunch of very lovely vests, clearly made by someone with lots of love.
cursive_queen - I hope the photo issue is resolved so we can all the march goodies you made.
smashu - I took a look at the progress pictures on your blog, the Rast looks so much better now. I don't know which character your dress is related to, but it is great work in any case Smiley
