lovely baby!  Though wouldn't they count as a WIP from 2012? Tongue

Hilarious-WIP!  Ah ha ha ha!

Quaggy-love all your sewn projects!  I love that milk crate cover too!  I must make one, any chance of sharing where the tutorial is located?

Want to learn to crochet or knit?  I have a ton of extra crochet hooks & circular knitting needles.  Will throw in some pattern books and yarn for anyone interested in a swap.

Everyone's made such awesome stuff! pinokeeo, I really like the rugs. Rug making is on my one of these days lists.
And congrats, mellybelly!
I'm way behind, and will get farther behind because I'm spending this weekend at a scifi convention. And I left way too much until the last minute! Ah, well. It'll be fun.

Congrats on that little beauty mellybelly!

Thank you for the guys quaggy - I have some crates yearning to be "prettied up"

Pinokeeo I am in awe of your wood carving abilities! Those cars are awesome, the ornaments are spectacular, and the spoons are fabulous! Way to go!

PM me for personal swaps! Longing for a "Muffin Man" type poppet for
my son.

Mellybelly - such a sweety! Congratulations to the new family!

There has been such amazing things posted recently!

Pinokeeo - absolutely LOVE the wood stuff you have been doing! How long does it take you to make one of the spoons? I received a hand carved spoon that I absolutely love to use - there is just something satisfying about using hand carved wood for food. (okay that sounds really strange now that it is typed... but I don't know how else to explain it!)

It has been a total dry spell for my crafting. Tough month in every way possible, and I just haven't been able to convince myself to sit down and do anything. I am going to go visit my daughter this weekend and want to bring her something, so I may try to get something done tonight.

Kookaloo - I didn't think this one was that bad (Jalie 2911 I think is the number) but you definitely have to know something about sewing to be able to put it together with no words.  I would be a little hesitant to use it for something super complicated like jeans, but I would consider myself a still pretty beginner sewer and it wasn't that bad.

Thanks Fishstix, I think I need to bite the bullet and buy one of the simplest patterns and give them a try  Grin

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best
