I made my own silkscreen out of an embroidery hoop, panty hose and mod podge

that looks RAAR grr ugggh! I'll keep trying to find mod podge then for sure! grr UK!

Also - eating the zipper pouches and necklaces

I don't think this really counts as crafting, but I've been busy in my spring-time garden, here are some sweetpeas I've planted out into an old basket I found by the side of the road. I feel it has a rather rustic charm if anything, and it was all de-stashed materials other than the found basket

more details on free compost layers I've used here: http://paperbeau.weebly.com/3/post/2013/03/a-re-use-challenge.html

I've also given my poodle his first springtime bath and haircut, which was like learning a new craft for me:

I think he looks rather handsome - how about you?

PaperBeau, I was told that ModPodge is just diluted PVA glue, I'm sure there's tutorials online with the percentages.

word of advice, don't use E6000 adhesive to work on journal covers in your bedroom with the window closed...didn't realize how strong it was until I walked out of the room and back in.
Laying here with the window over my bed open despite freezing temps hoping I don't lose more brain cells than I can afford.
I will add that the journals came out ghoulish

eat them Trina  Smiley

I'm making baby hats for a charity my sister is involved with  Smiley  4 so far, I don't know how many I will make as I'm just going to keep going until I'm all hatted out. I'll stick to this pile of flesh in various colours for the girls and probably make just basic beanies for the baby boys.

oh all these cool crafts make me wish I had a proper crafting space instead of a pokey little table behind the couch.

eat the baby crafts, I haven't made anything for my bub yet but I figure since the gender is a surprise, I don't particularly need any more neutral stuff.

Here's my birth dress. Try to ignore all the mess in the background, my husband doesn't think of hiding this stuff in photos.

Looking for teal/turquoise/aqua, grey and white (or a combo) fabric for a quilt.
