I spent yesterday making one sheet of fabric paper (not finished yet) - super fun but a very long process for something that I don't know if it will turn out or really what I will do with it once done! A question for those of you who are sewers - will it gumm up my sewing machine if I am sewing through glue and gel medium? I am thinking that I should hand sew but I like the look of the machine sewed pieces that I have seen...

The little heart coaster is very endearing...

I almost bought that typewriter thingy at Michael's today but I couldn't figure out what I would do with it -- libertine49, your wall art is the perfect way to showcase it!

I made 3 more things, but they are for a swap so I can't post anything yet. This craftalong is definitely spurring me to do more projects than I would have, otherwise! Thanks, everyone, for the spark!

Just a quick shout out to say I'm alive I've had a holiday and then been working on a person swap with foxyblue - will post photos as soon as she gets her bits !!! Am now in my first official swap hoooorah as have made it to my month anniversary with pride so I'm off a snooping as in the crafty detective swap.
I have made a few little bits in the mean time and will pop them on ASAP.
Are we still pink and white and red themed or have we transitioned onto another task ?

I made this one-colour blanket to test out the yardage (and too see if it would look cool - check!),

This one is made up of squares that I made, and we started joining it at the joining party yesterday and I finished joining it today:

We used the dark brown yarn to add a last round to the squares and also used it as a join-as-you-go joining technique.
