Lana is graduating from 3rd grade this June and will be moving to the upper campus!  The 12 teachers/admin staff have been so wonderful to her that I bit the bullet and decided to make them all knit cotton bags for the summer.  We finally finished them last night. Lana's job was the sew on the coconut button at the end.  She is working on writing a nice card for each next.  Thank goodness the male teacher/staff will just get store bought ties.

I am really loving all of these projects being posted. They are very inspiring.
Here is the shawl I finished last night for my mother. I wish I could have made it a bit longer, but I ran out of the dark purple yarn.

What a pretty shawl!  Love the color!

mini_mum--I just love the felt pieces you are doing...I really want to try it since I would love to incorporate felt into my mixed media pieces...yummy colors...and the pleated piece is fabulous!

libertine49---love your snuggly fleece bunny hat! So cute!

underthemountain---wow---those bags are terrific!  Thanks for the link...I would love to make one for myself this summer!

michelleandbean--those are such cute Valentines!

Love seeing the scarves and hats that are earmarked for charity...

K-star--your top turned out nice!  You do a bang up job of reconstructing clothing...

cinnamon teal--love love those bug designs!  Perhaps you could use the pieces as holders for art supplies?  I know I use a piece of hand made pottery to hold my crochet hooks...and art pencils...and fabric pens...and... Cheesy

I made 5 hats over the weekend...will post pics later...like k-star--making hats is my stress relief! Cheesy

Crochet, pottery, notebooks, knitting, plants, gardens, beads, more crochet. more pottery, tops, bottoms, more knitting, upcycling, dyeing...  Awesome.

Quick finish for me...

and a custom badge order
Ten large basket ball hoops and ten individually cut and stitched sets of numbers.

Cinnamon Teal, I love all your pottery. I think the leaf is my favorite. I hope you can still use them! I remember maaany years ago in high school and doing pottery in art-and the teacher messed up when firing them, kiln wrong temp or something. Everyone's projects kind of...melted? She hung up the tray with the distorted pieces on the wall as an art piece, and gave us all A's. What else could she do? Cheesy
Kookalo, you did a great job on the top! And that fabric is so pretty!
Underthemountain, that's a lot of bags! I know the teachers will love them.
vamped angel, I love the color of that shawl!

heh,waggonswest,  I can't keep up either!
