I need to get motivated. Ah, well, the crafting slump will pass. In the meantime, I should at least begin my list.

1. Make myself a pair of felted sweater boots or slippers.
2. Weave something.
3. Make myself some headbands.

Okay, that's a start. The neverending project will be organizing my stash of crafty stuff....

I noticed your list includes "better necklace display".  Im not sure what you were thinking.  But, last year I did my very first craft show and the lady in front of us had a jewelry booth.  She took and old metal rake, popped off the actually rake part and painted it, then bent all the prongs backwards and hung necklaces on them.  It sounds weird-but just close your eyes and imagine it.  It was really was a neat way to display necklaces.  Even dear hubby seen it and goes "wow, I would of never thought of using a rake."

You guys are inspiring me to improve my bulletin boards!  Lovely job PaperBeau...I will enter it into the challenge (it does not matter WHAT the project is as long as it fits into the three categories...and you only get one entry so once your name is there, relax!)

Wow, what fun and amazing projects everyone is doing and it is only the second week of January! I myself have two to start my list off with.

I bought my very first spinning wheel on Saturday, so my first project of the year was to learn how to use it. it took a few hours to get going so I am counting it!

The second would be my first wheel spun yarn! This is also my very first time plying, but I won't count that separately. I do still need to set the twist, but I'm too excited and happy with it to wait to show it off.

This is thick and thin as I still need to get used to the wheel, but it still came out pretty and super soft. It is 100% Merino.

I really don't know what this challenge is about but a fair warning, i am not a us citizen, nor residing in north america (or south america for that matter, i am in Turkey) so you can take of my name from the list if it is not international.

I got two projects done today!

First, two of my friends wanted to learn how to crochet, so we made a party of it! One of them already knew how to do the basic stitches, and brought in a pattern she found to make a little elephant so I could help her understand it.

This is what came from my little night of crocheting! An unexpected addition to my amigurumi family and to my project list!

Meet Humphrey! He's about 3 inches long! So tiny!

It is an infinity scarf for my boyfriend's younger sister. She requested a gray one that could match multiple outfits easily. She's getting this tomorrow when we had back home, so I hope she likes it! This pattern was super easy, and stress-free so if you want a great project to practice crocheting, I recommend this one! Already planning one for myself.

March 30th we are having a party at our house and since it is the day before Easter I came up with an idea to motivate me to get my art room finished as well as to do some creating.
This is a Goth party so the theme is "Blood and Chocolate" so I am taking hollow Easter eggs, filling them with chocolate and a number that goes to a grab bag.  I will be making 30 small mixed media pieces of art all with at least some red in them, I will be making them from say 4x4" minimum to 5x7" Max, I will use different surfaces and a variety of techniques and supplies and since I want to use up my stash as much as possible I will only give myself a budget of $10 total, mostly to buy some more red paints and a few sheets of thick foam core to use as bases to build some of the 'canvases' with.  Other surfaces will include the covers of $0.25 small journals I got at Michael's,some sturdy small boxes I have and possibly a small hoopla. 
My goal is to have the art room done by Feb 9th (one month away) and get all the art pieces done in the 6 weeks after, leaving time to prepare for the party.  Each piece will be unique and I plan to try at least 6 different techniques.
