SilverMoon, I understand. I am glad you  chose to include everything.  I doubt your house is as messy as you might think. Wink

StickerChick87 that purse is awesome! Looks like it could go with formal or casual looks.

fishstix43 I too am in college (still an undergrad, but I certainly feel for you grad students) and I know how wonderful crafting can be, it's peaceful compared to research and school. Smiley

hiya bookstorebabe!  Grin

Krafty_Karasu-
You plan to make a Harry Potter shadow box!  That sounds so awesome!  I already want one!

I've already made Resident Evil, Silent Hill 3, and Twilight shadowboxes.  and I love HP, so I need to make that one too, but I'm stuck!!!  I'm trying to figure out how to make a table out of stuff I have.  I can make a center-balanced table, but I need a regular style table.  like a kitchen table.  I have 6 bottles made up with different things in them (salt, "powdered unicorn horn", unfinished polyjuice potion, etc.), a crystal ball, floo powder...stuff to put on a table.  now I just need a table.  lol.  well, at least half of a table.  Wink

Krafty_karasu - do you have wood scraps for a table?  Or maybe thick cardboard ?

well, I do have 2 inserts from a couple of calendars.  I use one for making those wrap bracelets that are popular right now and I kept the other "just in case".  they're not real thick alone, but maybe together?  and I think I may have some other boxes I can use that may be thicker.  but the only wood I have (besides dowels, which I was planning on using for the legs anyway) is a nearly 2 inch thick piece of wood I use for a base when drilling.  so the wood block is out, but maybe the cardboard?

Partially those things, partially because I always have crafted, so less time wasn't going to stop me.  I enjoy having something that involves detail and hands-on work but that has nothing to do with chemistry, and no deadlines other than ones I make for myself.  I think crafting is pretty much hard-wired for me - I can't not do it.

I crocheted another Divine hat and tie-dyed some t-shirts yesterday. The blue one is more subtle for my sensible days  Wink the orange & yellow for my fabulous days  Grin

Kookaloo_Starr-
The grey divine hat is really pretty.  It looks soft and so comfy!

One does not simply walk into Mordor. Its black gates are guarded by more than just orcs. There is evil there that does not sleep. The great eye is ever watchful. It is a barren wasteland, riddled with fire, ash, and dust. The very air you breathe is a poisonous fume.......

It is a lovely soft yarn MissMoppet, I think it is Stylecraft Special Twirl but I'm not 100% sure. I started one in burgundy chenille earlier today as I found a huge cone of it in one of my kitchen cupboards  Roll Eyes
