We are all chatty here and like to see all sorts of projects...some blow us away and others, like my making boring curtains for my laundry room, are all welcome!   It is whatever you craft or do yourself...I was going to exclude cooking, but for some people, cooking is not an everyday thing or it is indeed a special skill to learn, so making jams, bread, candy, etc. is in as well...

Monday, I went back to work after the christmas break, so this week has been non-crafting. I have been sooo tired. Hopefully, I can pick something up this weekend. Am feeling twitchy.

I am involved in an online quilting bee with some friends, so will send fabric to them tomorrow so they can do my squares.
And I still have 3 cushion covers to get on with, the one that is done is lonely 
And I saw a skirt that I would like to make - would be a nightmare (for me) to make!!

Renstar - which skirt are you thinking about making?  Is it the rainbow skirt?  I made one of those last year and I LOVE it.  We're having such a warm winter here in NC, that I'm thinking about wearing it to work on Monday.

My crafting has been almost entirely based on Willy Wonka right now.  11 paper mache mushrooms in the works, plus dowel rods, props, costumes, etc.  Occassionally a bit of crochet if I'm lucky.  In fact, I'm going to go finish my coffee and crochet a bit before going back to working on Wonka props.

No, I was walking out for lunch the other day and in front of me was a diagonally stripey skirt (on a person of course ), so that at the seams the stripes came together in a v shape.

This kind of stripe action, but in the black and white fabric remains from when I made my high waisted skirt,

Whoa whoa whoa!  Back the truck up!  Did you post wonka themed projects in this thread, did I miss something awesome?  I really would love to see wonka themed projects.  I love the movie!  (I cant watch the first one anymore-sad incident in my life)  But the one with Johnny Depp is so wonderfully awesome!

As far as what is a project and what is not . . . I think it's all up to you. If you consider it a project, then it's a project. It's your list/goal, so how you want to count it is all that matters.

I agree with missmoppet.  Must. Post. Willy. Wonka. Projects!!!  I don't think I've seen the Johnny Depp version.  I absolutely LOVE Johnny Depp BUT I don't know, I love the classic version.  I'm worried it'll be like the new version of Alice in Wonderland.  I looked forward to it so much, but it was such a disappointment.
