I thought I had to much crafting and art stuff. Now, I feel like I can get some more, thank you! Wink

Great job packing.

I don't think I have EVER seen that much yarn, not even in a store. Shocked  Good job, getting it all packed up.  Good to know that you have priorities. Wink

Always, any remodel is usually a pain, but the results will be gratifying.

We have just found out that we are likely to be moving in 3 weeks, I showed OH your boxes and he was confused by how 'proud' we are of our stash!! Bless.

Maybe I should take pics too, but I feel I am a non-contender comparatively  Grin

Thanks!

I feel like it's my duty to post these kinds of pictures, so that others can show those pictures to their SO and say, "See???"

Thank you Mio! Now I can prove to my family, most of whom have said that I'm a craft hoarder, and boyfriend that I don't have "too many craft supplies". As if there is such a thing as too much! Grin
And good for you to pack it all so nicely. I have a tendency to cram things and the boxes get beaten up.

Gluten free condensed mudroom( ha ) mushroom soup recipe

Ingredients:
8oz of fresh mushrooms sliced
1 can of evaporated milk (12oz, whole or 2%)
1 cup  cold milk
1/2 cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tbls gluten free soy sauce
Seasoning of choice
Half a cup of cornstarch

Directions:
Add the cup of regular milk and cornstarch into a blender and mix thoroughly
Pour the mixture into a large sauce pan over medium and heat while stirring until it begins to thicken
Wash mushrooms and add them and the can of milk in to a blender along with the soy sauce and seasonings, I used a scant teaspoon of salt, half of a teaspoon of black pepper, garlic and Mrs Dash table blend
Pulse the blender to chop the mushrooms as fine as you want them
Slowly add this to the thickened cornstarch mix and stir over medium heat as it continues to thicken.
If it is not thick enough after lightly bubbling for a few minutes add another couple of tablespoons of cornstarch to the cream and stir together until mixed together then add to the bubbling mixture and cook another few minutes.
If instead it is too thick just slowly add the cream and bring back to a light simmer

Allow to cool and use as you would condensed mushroom soup

Trina, that soup sounds delish! I don't know if anyone else would eat it though.

Trina--that does sound yummy...are you posting your gluten free recipes on the cooking board?  I know a lot of people are gluten intolerant and would love delicious recipes!
