FreakieGeekie, I'd love to teach you knitting if you taught me crochet. Too bad you don't live close by.

If we lived close, I'd take you up on that offer. My aunt tried to teach me but it didn't take.

Such cute earrings and nice pants! Cheesy
AND THE SHEEP BOWL! <3 I'm a sucker for cute things X3

this set is a present for my cousin's little girl.  I didn't mark it as such before because I forgot that gifts were eligible for the challenge.  Roll Eyes

Such amazing projects. I'm in love with that sheep bowl. Smiley

Here is the result of my charity knitting for the 500Hats charity. In the span of about two weeks, I made 12 childrens hats! The black and cream yarn is from stash but the other I bought specifically for this project and I used it all up. My cat of coarse had to investigate. I then had to quickly pick them up after the picture because he was trying to sleep on them. XD

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad day, Karasu. I hope things will be better. Your stuff is great - I love the Batman-picture. It looks like it is knitted?

KraftyKarasu, you have been busy! The batman, the butterfly, the beaded skull...I am blown away.  You are so talented! I hope things get better for you.

Vamped, that's a lot of hats!  So cute, and I know the recipients will be glad to get them.

I have been slack in showing my projects - but here are some of them:
When my sister and I were children, we were girl scouts, and we loved earning badges. In my speech at her 50th birthday party, I presented her with some badges as a recognition of her great talents. There are to many to mention here, but she got a badge for giving refugee to garden gnomes, for her love of cakes, for her great support of second-hand shops (we all know what that means), for her love of books, cats, Viking-time fairs, and horror stories.
I have been working on it for a very long time, but it was funny, and I think it made her happy.

I have also been making smaller projects:

scrap-pouches. I made three, one for my daughter and for her to cousins.

a bag for a third cousin, it is crocheted.

and three small fabric boxes. I did get the tutorial here at crafters, but I have forgotten who made it?

And today a made a box of a newspaper - I will post it at the new reuse-repurpose thread, too.

I had a total PC meltdown.  it had to be reset to the factory settings and I lost some stuff.  not my pictures and music thankfully, but a ton of bookmarks that I really, really wanted to keep.  Cry

anyways, thank you.  Smiley  and Batman is actually cross stitched.  teeny, tiny cross stitches.

thank you thank you!  Grin  I really love making those skulls.  I need more to decorate!!!!!!!!!!!!  and I need to find more of both butterflies.  I only had one of the butterflies with all the holes in it, and I had 2 of the filigree butterflies but I've already used both of them.  gotta look on Etsy!  I need them!!!!  Cheesy

thanks.  I needed that.  Smiley

the more I look at the butterfly, the more I like it.  not that I didn't before, it's just that now I can really see all the colors and sparkles and stuff.  I need to make more!!!

oh, and if anyone is wondering about the seed beads, they're Delica size 11/0 in color lined mixed metallic.  the real metallic ones are a bit too expensive, but that's ok because I really like this color lined version.  Smiley
