This... is very pink. Don't faint. Pink and pretty and girly.

It was a commission, I haven't completely changed personality overnight.

A baby set. Neat story actually. It was for a friend's cousin. Her grandmother used to make all the new babies in the family, a cardigan and booties, as tradition, but the grandmother recently passed away, and she wanted to buy a handmade set for her sister's baby, so it wouldn't be the only one that missed out.

I like the lavender touches. Keeps it from being so-o-o-o pink. Wink

It's actually a dusty rose sort of colour, not purple at all. I could handle the dusty rose tbh, but the lighter bits are that eye searing, bright pastel, baby pink you get in acrylics.

I have finished a WIP - Yippee.

It is just in the wash, but I have completed the crochet tunic top, link here:

Will post pics once I have washed (and maybe blocked...)

My 2nd legwarmer is in progress, that should be ready soon, but for now, I am having a rest.

Hey folks - I haven't fallen off the map!  Cheesy  I've been super busy with school starting.  My after school performance groups have already started so its been nuts.

However!  I finished a square skirt to go with my Renaissance Festival costume yesterday!  I still want to make another one so I'll have three layers.  And I have to make the bottom skirt about 7" longer.  It was made for me and the way it fits with my corset, its way too short!  Once I get it done I'll post pictures!  Cheesy

I feel like I fell off the face of the earth over here. So many amazing projects and I have kind of felt lackluster about crafting the last week or so....until Friday when I went crazy...stash-busting crazy. I think a couple will qualify for unusual crafting materials for this month's challenge?

All this is pretty much from stash with a few exceptions..

3 Windchimes/suncatchers I finished just today. I had those pesky flat back marbles forever just taking up space so it feels so good to use them finally - not to mention the silverware that I had sitting around!

A few pieces of jewelry (again from stash)

And a nature inspired assemblage piece..
