So, after several weeks of being half made on Elsa, I have a new dress.

It has a shirred top and a hi-low hem, that was fun to try!!

I don't like my pic being taken hence the silly face (and usually everything is modelled by Elsa, but this wouldn't have shown the hem so well)

I am nearly half way  Grin

Ooh, a spinning wheel! Sorry, Renstar, I looked right past the silly face, the shirred dress, and the hi-low hem. You can tell how strange I can be when the background catches my eye first. Just that I think spinning is a new skill I might like to learn - - - if I had any free space for tools and supplies that is.

Ooh, a spinning wheel!

The wheel and I are not friends right now Sad

I'm not sure if it's my inability or the wheel, probably the former, but I cannot spin on it.   So currently, it is an ornament!

Interesting tableau Kittykill. I am wondering about the leopard, is he made of fabric?

That1girl, the colors of the hat and scarf are great. They remind me of childhood.

Smeddley, all your amigurumis look good. The diller and the tiger are my favorites.

Renstar, your dress seems very light, perfect to enjoy a summer day.

uhm--my first question to you, that1girl...who is the veil for?  Are you getting married?

Love the cute amigurumis...nice crochet work!

Shirred dresses seem to be the "it" dress!  Love it...and you are so silly!

I was wondering the same thing.  That 1 the veil is gorgeous and your smile is radiant.  Is there something you want to tell us?

During the summer, I visited my parents in the Alps. At the local game-library, which is a place to borrow books, toys or games, I found a wood burning tool for kids. At the restaurant's back door, after a very busy week-end, I discovered wooden boxes in which expensive wines were delivered. They were calling for us to take them and so we did. On the next opening day at the library, I borrowed the toy. I made two wood burnings of indigenous animals to decorate their home.

I hope this will fit in the challenge under number 2 -outdoors or number 5- something for the home.
