I saw a tutorial somewhere for a cute, simple stretchy bra. It's more for lounging about the house or sleep wear than for support though.

I made a bee home for my garden out of all-stash materials Smiley

I've made that type before FreakieGeekie but need proper engineering and scaffold supports  Wink I'm leaning towards a Pin-Up Girls pattern as they do a fantastic size range whereas Kwiksew and Elan only seem to go up to a DD or E cup.

Deathbeforedishes, that's a fun hoop and the embroidery is very cute.

Kookaloostarr, I like all your panties and I can't wait to see your bras. It seems such a big undertaking to me.

PaperBeau, it's great to help bees, their numbers are so much dwindling. let us know how it works.

Yoopidou, according to all of the research I've been doing it seems a lot more complicated than it really is,if you can get a pattern close to your proper size & the hardware you pretty much only need basic sewing skills to make a bra. I've found a supplier in the UK with the pattern I want to try, I just have to find the money now   Roll Eyes A lot of the pattern suppliers actually sell kits with everything you need all ready for you to sew  Smiley

I can't believe it has been so long since I last posted. I did not craft a bit (at least did not finish anything) during all this time either. Soon I hope to be back with some Smiley

I was away for a few days, but I'm back and in awe of all the sewing projects.  Nice work, everybody.

I'll be getting back to my stuff soon, but first I have to spend a few days with my garden.

I'll post a couple of pics soon.

Thought Id share with you wondrous people my latest swap stuff.
I was paired up with Spazgirl (much prefer her name Betsy) for the Beltane swap.
I had a really good think abotu what Beltane means for us as a family and also did a little snooping and came up with this little package.
Hope you enjoy

So firstly - Beltane for us is abotu what we are allowing to come to life - in essense what are we growing within.
I call this mixed fibre sculpt - "she birthed a landscape

Then, my sons favourite thing about Beltane is the Maypole !!!! Inspired by some gypsy art on my partners pinterest, I created this peg ribbons. I painted each one with a rainbow colour and then wrote words of inspiration down the sides. Attatching a ribbon to each one, you can watch the colours fly and weave the inspirational words into your life

Lastly I snooped Betsy;s profile and was inspired by her phrase "I can often write things I would never say out loud"
I found this "gorjuss" decoupage in a local craft shop and set it on one of my hand made papers (inspried by a tutorial in here I have made loads !) I accented it with a few junk watch parts and hey presto - a little bit of Betsy to hang Smiley
